How It All Began

At The Pasta Project, we have a passion for sharing our love of food with everyone we meet. We are professional-amateur chef couple having hands on working experience with Italian pasta masters. We’ve been devoted to offering the highest-quality home made pastas with unique characters and quality. We put our heart and soul in shaping these hand made pastas and we hope you enjoy them eating as much we enjoy them shaping. 


Thanks to our food-conscious consumers and amazing vendors, with whom we’ve built such special relationships, The Pasta Project shall become unanimous to not only pastas but everything else that goes along with it.

DURUM WHEAT TAGLIATELLE

                                                            Our Tagliatelle are made with finest durum wheat giving the pasta required texture and authentic taste. Tagliatelle can be served with a variety of sauces, though the classic is a meat sauce or Bolognese sauce.

Always a big hit with customers, our Cappelletti con Gamberi are made with finest durum wheat and eggs to give the pasta required elasticity, colour, texture and authentic taste. These are further stuffed with prawn and fennel stuffing. These are best served tossed with garlic and herbs or cooked in a pesto cream sauce.
