Pumpkin cappellacci, are a type of stuffed pasta similar to ravioli, produced typical of the province of Ferrara.
Our Cappellacci are stuffed with roast pumpkin, herb and cream cheese mixture. These are best served tossed with herb butter or a parmesan sauce.
Cooking Instruction
Blanch pasta for 6-8 minutes and strain in a bowl of ice water. Remove after 2 minutes and spray oil to avoid sticking. Toss with your desired sauce immediately and sprinkle with your favourite condiment! Enjoy the goodness!!
