arrabbiata is a spicy variant of 'pomodoro pelati' and made using Italian tomato, garlic anf freshly crushed dried red chili. A classic from the Lazio regions near Rome has gained its popularity in Indian subcontinent for its resentment to our palate.
Cooking Instruction
Heat pan and add two spoons of water mixed with two spoons of arrabbiata sauce concentrate. Mix well and toss your favourite pasta. Check seasoning and if you are brave enough add another spoonful of freshly crushed dry red chili. Top up with generous amount of grated parmesan and enjoy the goodness!!
