Tagliolini (Thin Ribbon Pasta)

Tagliolini is a type of ribbon pasta, long like spaghetti, roughly a tenth of an inch wide, similar to tagliatelle, but thin like capellini.
Our Tagliolini are made with finest durum wheat giving the pasta required texture and authentic taste. These are best served tossed aglio olio or a thin sauce. They also can be a great accompaniment for soups and stews.
