Agnolotti is a type of pasta typical of the Piedmont region of Italy, folded over a filling of roasted meat or vegetables. Their unique shape helps to hold chunky sauces better.
Our Agnolotti are stuffed with zucchini, ricotta with basil and nuts. These are best served tossed with chunky tomato basil or olive parmesan sauce.
Cooking Instruction
Blanch pasta for 6-8 minutes and strain in a bowl of ice water. Remove after 2 minutes and spray oil to avoid sticking. Toss with your desired sauce immediately and sprinkle with your favourite condiment! Enjoy the goodness!!
